The Institute of Environmental Science for Social Change (ESCC) is a Jesuit research and training organization in the Philippines promoting environmental sustainability and social justice.

ESSC also contributes to building scientific capacity that engenders people’s commitment and integrity to see the changes emerge and develop, and enables a discernment of our life in the world with a deeper human spirit.

Established in 1947, the Institute of Social Order (ISO), Inc. is the oldest social apostolate of the Society of Jesus – Philippine Province.

 

The ISO is an NGO implementing programs on community-based coastal resources management (CB-CRM). Its main thrusts include the empowerment of the fisheries sector and the protection of coastal and marine resource bases in the Philippines.

The Jesuit Volunteers Philippines Foundation Inc. (JVPFI) engages in nation-building by recruiting, training and sending volunteers for a year of service to marginalized communities and areas with the greatest need.

 

Jesuit volunteers empower these communities as teachers, formators, community organizers, or enterprise development officers assigned to under-resourced schools, parishes, and NGOs across the country.

Philippine Jesuit Prison Service Foundation Inc. (PJPS) is a non-stock non-profit organisation that provides services, holistic rehabilitation, to the corrections community particularly with the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) in Muntinlupa City. It is a socio-pastoral apostolate of the Society of Jesus (Philippine Province).

Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan (SLB) is a non-partisan, Church-based, Jesuit-led organization committed to the service of the Church and the Filipino people.

As the socio-political arm of the Jesuits in the Philippines, SLB promotes Church, Jesuit, and Ignatian-oriented socio-political involvement and engagement through continuing education for citizenship and good governance, and issue advocacy.
